A written quote for your equipment, followed by a confirmed order.
Seller and enquiries

Your written quotation
Contact us for model pricing, applicable VAT, volume rates, finishes, available samples and options. Before ordering, you will receive the equipment specification, quantities, total price and tax treatment, delivery scope and charges, payment terms, lead time, assembly requirements and applicable warranty information. Quote validity is stated in the quote.
Order confirmation and customisation
Check your configuration, address and access requirements carefully. An order proceeds only once the written commercial terms and specification have been agreed and the required confirmation and payment arrangements completed. Any requested change must be agreed with us; its effect on price and timing will be explained before acceptance.
Delivery
We offer worldwide DDP delivery: import clearance, customs duties and import taxes are handled by Alaya, with no additional import duties or taxes to pay on receipt. The quote specifies the agreed delivery destination and total delivery price. DDP does not mean the sale is exempt from applicable VAT. Unloading, installation, stairs and internal placement are confirmed separately in the written delivery scope.
Consumers and professional buyers
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable to eligible consumer purchases. They are not removed by a quotation or a commercial warranty. Business purchases are governed by the agreed professional terms and applicable law. See Returns & warranty for consumer withdrawal and conformity information.
