Delivery & DDP
Worldwide delivery. No import-tax surprise at your door.
DDP delivery
Alaya arranges Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery to the destination agreed in your quote. We handle import customs clearance, customs duties and import taxes. The final customer does not pay additional customs duties or import taxes on receipt. Applicable VAT and the total order price are specified in the quote.
Timing and access
Lead time depends on your model, customisation, quantity and destination. Contact us for a delivery estimate before ordering. Tell us about stairs, lifts, door widths, unloading restrictions and appointment requirements so the delivery scope can be agreed.
Assembly and installation
Assembly, unloading and placement inside your premises are not assumed to be included solely because a shipment is DDP. We confirm these services and requirements in your quote, along with any agreed costs.
Receiving your equipment
Inspect the shipment when practical and contact us promptly with photographs if equipment appears damaged or incomplete. Keep packaging where possible while we investigate. This request does not shorten or remove statutory rights. If a carrier asks for import duties or import taxes covered by our DDP arrangement, contact us so we can resolve it.
