How we handle your details when you ask about our equipment.
Who is responsible

Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, email or WhatsApp number, country, number of reformers, intended use and optional message. We use those details to answer your questions, prepare a quote and follow up on your project. Required contact and project fields are necessary to respond; the message is optional.
How the current form works
The form prepares a message in your browser. Your form entries are not submitted to our server. You choose email or WhatsApp and send the message using that service. Until you do so, we have not received your enquiry. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a service provided by WhatsApp/Meta, whose own privacy terms apply.
Why we process information
For an individual requesting a quote, we process the information to take steps at your request before a possible contract. For business representatives, our legitimate interest is to respond to business enquiries and manage the relationship. We process order and invoice information to fulfil contracts and legal obligations. We do not subscribe enquirers to marketing lists.
Who receives information
Authorised Alaya team members handle enquiries. IONOS operates our email service; WhatsApp/Meta processes messages you choose to send through WhatsApp. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure it. If you place an order, necessary information may be shared with delivery partners, payment providers and professional advisers. We do not sell enquiry data.
International services
We use IONOS for email and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical connection data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides for European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards where required for international transfers. If you choose WhatsApp, its own privacy policy describes its international processing and transfer safeguards. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
Enquiries and quotes that do not result in an order are kept for 90 days after our last exchange, then deleted from our working email and messaging records. Records required to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be retained with restricted access for the applicable period. Order and invoice records are retained for the applicable accounting and legal periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected]. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD (aepd.es), or your competent supervisory authority. We do not make automated decisions about you.
