Contact us first
For a return, defect or warranty request, email [email protected] with your order reference, a description and photographs where useful. We will give you the appropriate collection or return instructions. Do not send heavy equipment to the registered office without arranging the logistics.
Consumer withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases by EU consumers, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt. Notify us with a clear statement before that period ends. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt; we will identify any applicable exception before the order. Selecting an ordinary stock option does not by itself establish an exemption.
Returning an eligible order
Where withdrawal applies, goods must generally be returned within 14 days after notification. We refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery in accordance with applicable law; reimbursement may be withheld until return or evidence of dispatch. Direct return costs are borne by the customer only where lawfully disclosed before purchase. For heavy equipment that cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return-cost information will be provided before ordering. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods may result in lawful diminished-value deductions.
Withdrawal notice
You can write: “I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [goods / order reference], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Send this to [email protected] or the seller’s address in the legal notice. You do not have to use this wording.
Defects and commercial warranties
Mandatory conformity rights apply independently of any commercial warranty. For new goods sold to consumers under Spanish law, the statutory conformity period is three years from delivery. Repair, replacement, price reduction or termination may be available subject to the applicable legal conditions. Contact us for the additional warranty, parts and service terms of your model.
Professional orders
Consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to business purchases. Return arrangements and commercial warranty coverage for studios and other professional buyers are specified in the written order. Mandatory rights applicable to the particular transaction remain unaffected.
