Standard products are prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order reformers are produced after validation of your specifications and payment. Production times may vary depending on the project.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on production and logistics.

Large equipment requires suitable access conditions.  
Please ensure your space is ready before delivery.

Reformers are delivered via freight or specialized carriers and may arrive on pallets.

Receiving your order

Please make sure:

- Someone is available at the delivery address  
- The space is accessible for large items  
- The delivery address is correct  

If delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- note it on the delivery receipt  
- contact us within 48 hours
